Concrete Reinforcement

Our product and service portfolio also includes manufacture of concrete reinforcement, i.e.:

• reinforcement bars ranging from 6 mm to 32 mm in diameter
• full range of welded wire meshes
• cutting steel and meshes to the desired size
• bending reinforcement to standard shapes used in the construction industry
• welding or tying small reinforcement sets directly in our production shop

Cutting and Bending Steel

Steel is processed with two bar cutting machines SIMPLEX AL 300 by Peddinghaus and transported on conveyor tables to the bending and reinforcement assembly shop to reinforcement bar bending machines PERFECT 55PLA and PERFECT 60CA.

Automatic Stirrup Bending Machines

Steel is bent and cut from coils, wire diameter 6-12 mm, using two automatic stirrup-bending machines STEMA-PEDAX.

Storage

The plant premises, which are fenced and under continuous surveillance, include an outdoor storage area serviced by cargo cranes Mb1645 and designed to store up to 4,000 tons of steel. A part of the steel storage offers a covered storage area with a capacity of 1,000 tons of raw steel and a total floor area of 2,000 m².

Loading and Handling

Loading and handling of precast concrete elements takes place on the factory premises using two gantry cranes Mb1645 located directly over a road intended for trucks. These cranes also move parallel to a railway sidetrack running through the plant premises.
