Centrum Černý Most

Following its completion, the building will serve as a multi-purpose shopping and entertainment centre. It consists of a set of four sections separated by expansion joints with one underground and two aboveground floors of an L-shaped layout and maximum dimensions of 250 x 360 m. The underground floor will be used mainly for parking and the aboveground floors will feature malls surrounded by retail units. A major part of the roof will house mechanical and utility equipment and a car park. The foundation system of the building uses large-diameter bored piles with bored heads as well as strip foundations. The frame of the building is made of columns and underground perimeter walls, beams, girders, parapet beams and pre-stressed Spiroll panels combined with precast filigree elements and pre-stressed cast-in-place concrete beams.
