Avion Shopping Park
After completion the project will be used as retail space for lease. It will also house administrative and sanitary facilities. The order entails manufacture and assembly of a prefabricated skeleton, in addition to executing foundations of the structure. The structure comprises a four-nave, single-storey hall based on drilled piles complete with drilled heads. The hall consists of columns with perimeter plinths. The roof structure consists of trusses, purlins and perimeter stiffeners. The dimensions of the structure are 164 x 65 m.
Project Highlights
A special feature of the project was the unusual roofing design - it was necessary to lay out trusses and purlins in such a way as to allow the structure to be erected by individual bays despite their different width.
