Warehouse and Retail Space

SCONTO Březhrad

After completion the structure will be used as a warehouse and a retail space, including administrative and sanitary facilities. The project comprises two multi-nave, single-storey halls based on drilled piles complete with drilled heads. The hall consists of pillars with perimeter plinths. The roof structure consists of trusses, purlins and perimeter stiffeners. The retail section is a two-storey structure with a prefabricated ceiling made of pre-stressed Spiroll panelling. An interesting feature of the building is assembling all vertical communication structures, i.e. elevators and staircases, from prefabricated parts. The dimensions of the structure are 105 x 72 m.
