After completion, the structure will serve as a storage hall with an administrative part and a separate logistic area. The structure comprises a two-storeyed two-sectional skeleton with a built-in area and an attached administrative section with columns and a central three-way staircase. The ceilings are made of Spiroll panelling. The design of the administrative section allows for addition of another storey in the future. The entire building is lined with uninsulated peripheral base belts. The storage section is separated from the administrative section with a steel concrete fire resistant wall consisting of wall panels. The dispatch section is equipped with pre-fab loading bridges. The structure measures 75 x 62m.
